At the core of our model is the Movement Day Scholars Program, the engine for Gospel impact in cities.

The Movement Day Scholars Program equips pastors, marketplace leaders, nonprofit leaders and other Christians influencers with the biblical foundation, practical tools and collaborative relationships needed to help transform their cities.

Over the past five years, Movement.org has trained more than 2,000 leaders across five continents through the Movement Day Scholars Program. Together, these leaders are building Gospel movements that address both the spiritual and social needs of their communities while pursuing a shared vision for long-term city transformation.

There is a growing army of motivated Christian leaders passionate to change their cities. There is also a need to create more muscularity among leaders and organizations to tackle the great challenges of the 21st-century urban landscape.

The Program:

Uniting Leaders. Impacting Cities.

The Movement Day Scholars Program is a three-level leadership development experience that equips Christian leaders to serve their cities more effectively. Through biblical instruction, practical learning and collaboration with other leaders, participants develop a long-term vision for Gospel impact while building relationships that strengthen citywide movements.

Biblical Foundation

Scholars deepen their understanding of Scripture and explore how biblical principles shape the spiritual and social flourishing of cities.

Practical Learning

Participants apply what they learn by identifying opportunities in their own communities and developing a long-term “North Star” vision that can unite local Christian leaders.

Collaborative Community

Scholars learn alongside pastors, marketplace leaders, nonprofit leaders and other Christian influencers from around the world, sharing experiences and encouraging one another as they pursue Gospel movements in their cities.
