Global Network
Nearly 70% of the world’s population will live in cities by 2050.
To accelerate the spread of the Gospel across the world, we must reach its cities.

Why Cities Matter
By the year 2050, nearly 70% of the world’s population will live in cities. As cities grow, so do the opportunities and challenges they present. Cities shape culture, commerce, education and government. They are places where ideas spread quickly and where institutions are formed.
Yet many cities are marked by deep spiritual and social brokenness. These urban centers need the renewal and restoration envisioned by the prophet Isaiah and proclaimed by Jesus at the beginning of His public ministry (Luke 4).
Movement.org focuses on cities because they are places where the challenges to Gospel witness are often most visible and where collaborative Christian leadership can have a transformational impact. That is why we unite the Church in prayer, equip local leaders and help catalyze Gospel Movements that pursue the spiritual and social flourishing of their cities.
Today, Movement.org is at work in 316 cities across five continents. By God’s grace, our vision is to foster Gospel Movements in 1,000 cities by the year 2030.

Movement Day Learning Community
The Movement Day Learning Community is a monthly Zoom gathering that brings together city gospel practitioners from around the world to inspire, educate and celebrate the ways God is moving across cities globally.
Each one-hour session provides an opportunity for leaders to learn from one another, hear stories of city impact, and discover best practices that can strengthen their own city-wide efforts.
Participants also gain access to helpful resources, ministry updates and a growing global network of leaders committed to connecting, equipping and collaborating for the spiritual and social flourishing of their cities.
